Workshops

Many deals are structured with fundamental flaws in their business model that prevent transformational results. Our workshops blend an informative presentation with an interactive format that help you understand how the Vested approach can be applied to your organization. Below are our most popular half-day workshops. Pick from one of these three options or have us create your own agenda.

All options offer something different; it is really a matter of preference which you choose. Typically, Option 1 works best if you have an existing deal you’re thinking about renewing, as this workshop lets you delve deeper into the specifics of a real deal. Option 3 works well for senior executives with inquisitive minds. It is also possible to combine multiple sessions into a full-day workshop.
